We are looking for a dedicated ITI (Welder) to join our team. This role requires an ITI-trained welder proficient in joining metal components using various welding techniques, a foundational skill for fabrication, construction, and manufacturing units across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform arc, gas, or MIG welding to join metal components as per drawing specifications.
2. Select appropriate welding electrodes, wire, and settings for different metal thicknesses.
3. Inspect completed welds for defects such as porosity, cracks, or undercutting.
4. Prepare metal surfaces through cutting, grinding, and cleaning prior to welding.
5. Follow safety procedures including use of protective gear and proper ventilation.
