We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting efficient agricultural operations and contributing to reliable crop or farm production outcomes. The role contributes to consistent operational performance and helps the organization achieve its agricultural objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out assigned Manufacturing Unit activities according to established farm procedures and production schedules.
• Monitor assigned work areas and report crop, equipment, material, or operational issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Use agricultural tools, inputs, and equipment responsibly while following applicable safety practices.
• Maintain accurate records or work updates relevant to the assigned production activity.
• Coordinate with field and support teams to complete time-sensitive agricultural tasks efficiently.
