We are looking for a Quality Control / Quality Engineer to join our team. Quality control engineers safeguard product integrity, ensuring every component that leaves the plant meets defined specifications and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement inspection plans and quality control procedures for incoming, in-process, and finished goods.
2. Conduct dimensional and functional inspections using gauges, CMMs, and other measuring equipment.
3. Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
4. Maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, control charts, and audit records.
5. Coordinate with production teams to implement process improvements that reduce defect rates.
