We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. Service advisors manage the critical relationship between customers and the workshop, translating technical findings into clear recommendations that build trust. This role has a direct impact on service revenue and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers, listen to vehicle concerns, and book appropriate service appointments.
2. Prepare accurate repair estimates and obtain customer approval before work begins.
3. Liaise with technicians throughout the repair process to track job progress and delays.
4. Explain completed repairs, costs, and future maintenance recommendations to customers clearly.
5. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
